The recent ordeal of Larry Ciriagnano, a catholic activist, arrested by Worcester Massachusetts police for having the audacity, to refuse a gay board member of the ACLU the right to share his podium during a ‘pro-marriage’ rally, has some lessons for all of us. It is a shocking example of just how far those who preach ‘tolerance’ to the rest of us are willing to go to force their own despotic social philosophy on everyone who disagrees.

Judge David Ricciardone, presiding over Mr. Ciragnano’s arraignment, has ruled that those opposing traditional marriage may stand on the same podium while holding their protest signs. This will shortly be extended to sharing the pastors’ pulpit on a Sunday morning.

America is quickly moving from a system of laws ‘by the people’ to laws ‘of, by and for ‘ special’ political interests, who buy privileges with their ‘campaign’ contributions. "The Kansas Supreme Court has declared that morality and ethics should have absolutely no role in lawmaking", nor by inference, in its enforcement either.

Thomas Jefferson has stated that "The two enemies of the people are criminals and government..", but not necessarily in that order, I would add. What we are witnessing today in the culture is the migration of the criminal from the back alleys, jails and hideouts of the past, into elected public office. DC mayor Marion Barry is a prime example. This newly elected breed of criminal is busy working, outside the public view, to get his or her cronies appointed to the bench, offering payoffs and favors in return for campaign ‘contributions’, as opposed to ethical service in office.

Paul W. Clark, the judge who dismissed some 30 criminal charges against George Tiller, was able to successfully turn back an ensuing ethics complaint, by simply stating that he never looked to see who contributed to his re-election and thereby wouldn’t know to whom he was indebted. Excuse me while I laugh. One need look no further than the Kansas Supreme Court and how it is and continues to be used by the attorney general and governor to foster the political corruption that so permeates the state.

Corruption, that steals private property for the benefit of special interests, gives tax money to the education lobby against the voted will of the people, stacks the court system with demagogues. And, provides special ‘considerations’ for well-heeled contributors like George Tiller, who has his personal attorney on the sentencing board.

In Mr. Ciriagnano’s part of the country, gays are busy buying acceptance for their disgusting lifestyle from Massachusetts’s officials at the cost of the average citizens’ freedom. The new gender freedom means that gays may run the streets of America with their genitals exposed. ‘Wild and naked’ in the streets is what these activists want, unfettered by society’s conventional sexual mores, to prey on you, your children or themselves, anywhere they want in the pursuit of their lusts. Negative publicity, in the form of pictures portraying such debauchery, is harmful to the movement and mustn’t be reported by the press. The eastern city mayors, police and courts will not enforce public lewdness laws, because they prefer anarchy, to offending any of their well-heeled contributors.

The courts have become America’s ‘political and thought police’, deciding what behavior the public must accept and endure, in order to be regarded as good citizens. Free speech is ‘hate’ and individual rights are an anathema to the despotic social system that Kansas and Massachusetts’ courts are busy forging and so those who practice them must be punished. Since this cannot be accomplished directly because of the US Constitution, judges must invent ‘scenarios’ in order to suppress opposition to the social corruption they wish to perpetrate. It appears that the supposed gender free 'social and economic’ utopia being forged by such ‘visionaries’ is in reality, just another police state.

The Churches of America should prepare to live under totalitarian rule, as the international laws of the diseased and despotic are increasingly replacing the existing statues of the land, where evil is now good and vice versa. Soon, these same vile personages in elected office and on the benches of the state courts’ will begin their persecutions in earnest, silencing all free speech and punishing opposition with harsh intolerance.
