Democrat Health Reform, a Criminal Plan

Democrat Health Reform, a Criminal Plan

http://thomas.loc.gov  Currently, two bills have been passed by the U.S. House, HR-3962(Affordable Health Care for America Act) and HR-3590 (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) as presently listed on the Thomas Congressional Register. It is expected that the worst elements of both plans will be incorporated into the final version that the Senate votes on in December.

Here are some of the 'negatives' in the two plans; of course there are many more, but it is simply not possible to do a complete review of the thousands of pages contained in both House Bills, particularly during these rapid Congressional change cycles. Here are some of the facts that the news media isn't reporting:

HR-3962, SECTION 59B. imposes a tax on individuals who do not have acceptable health care coverage. This means a plan approved by the Federal Govt and specifically by the Health Czar. It is currently 2.5% of the individual's gross income. Expect this number to increase in the final version.

SECTION 321, PUBLIC OPTION allows the federal govt. to compete in the Health care industry and will ultimately force out ALL competition, leaving the insured with only one option, despite what you may have been told.

HR-3590, SECTION 2303 provides for Planned Parenthood services at taxpayer expense. This will include abortion on demand and everyone is to pay an abortion premium, whether or not the abortion 'option' is exercised.

SECTION 2703 specifies 'health homes' for people with chronic conditions. The plan provides "coordination across the care continuum (including the use of wireless patient technology to improve coordination and management of care and patient adherence to recommendations made by their provider). The terms 'wireless technology' and 'patient adherence' to recommendations is cause for real concern. It appears there may be greater freedom of choice regarding health issues in prison.

The 'chronic' conditions listed in this section are: (A) A mental health condition (look for PMS or Post Partem depression to qualify here) (B)Substance use disorder (except medical pot) (C)Asthma  (D) Diabetes  (E) Heart Disease which likely will include mild forms of arrhythmia. (F)Being overweight, as evidenced by having a Body Mass Index (BMI)over 25. And who has the power to determine what individual weight is acceptable in a free society?

Interestingly enough, NONE of the medical conditions associated with the 'gay' lifestyle are considered chronic here, such as campy lobacteriosis, Treponema pallidium, or gay bowel syndrome. Perhaps, it's because gays are such large contributors to the Democratic National Committee.

SEC. 4103 ANNUAL WELLNESS VISIT, Paragraph (E) The establishment of, or an update to, the following: (i) A screening schedule for the next 5 to 10 years, as appropriate, based on recommendations of the United States Preventive Services Task Force and the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices.."

The patient has little to say under this clause as to what treatment he or she wishes to receive. This could include vaccines that contain aborted fetal tissue as currently manufactured by companies like NeoCutis  VAXIN {NeoCutis uses aborted tissues in cosmetic applications, VAXIN uses the PER.C6 aborted cell line for their influenza vaccines - Ed} 'Acceptable vaccines' will be established by the 'health professionals' under the evolutionary 'rules of science' and the Health Czar. Expect to be  experimented on  as part of any vaccination process with or without your permission.

(E) The Secretary shall establish procedures to make beneficiaries and providers aware of the requirement that a beneficiary complete a health risk assessment prior to or at the same time as receiving personalized prevention plan services.

Just need your teeth cleaned? Well, here's a surprise for you. Expect to be screened as an 'organ donor' during the wellness exam with or without your permission.

You may further expect punitive measures for those electing NOT to accept certain vaccines or undergo an annual 'wellness' exam in the final health bill. At the least, refusal will likely terminate coverage and then the 2.5% of gross income penalty, such as specified in HR-3962, SECTION 59B above will apply.

For those of you who may think that the two plans are basically acceptable, then why is Congress exempting themselves from the same coverage? The answer: Because they're acutely aware of the health rationing, poor quality care and long waiting periods endemic in (and well documented) in other nations with similar health care systems, like Britain, Canada and Japan.

It seems the democrat health reform bill is to be a eugenics screening filter, intended to 'weed out the undesirables' from among the population, as determined by the Czar. As written, the bill's ambiguity grants far too much discretion for interpretation of the bill's language to the Health secretary and his underlings. It is a draconian plan of criminal intent at best and an act of sedition at worst. It is an overt threat to personal and civil liberty, and in functionality, not all that different from the medical practices of the Third Reich.

2-5-09 {Heartland}Climate Scientist Foretells 'Big Changes' at U.N. Global Warming AgencyPHOENIX (Feb. 3, 2010) -- Climate scientist William Sprigg delivered a bold challenge to his fellow climate scientists in a blockbuster address to EUEC 2010 in Phoenix, Arizona on February 2.

Sprigg, an adjunct research professor in the Institute of Atmospheric Physics at the University of Arizona, led the technical review of the first global warming report issued by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change in 1990.

In his address to the Thirteenth Annual Energy and Environment Expo, Sprigg took on the ClimateGate scandal and called for "serious reforms" of the global scientific community. He warned of a growing perception that "the IPCC is biased, conflicted, [and] pushing political agendas." Sprigg called for a new climate research agency supported not entirely by the government, but in conjunction with the private sector.

Heartland Senior Fellow James M. Taylor, managing editor of Environment & Climate News, referred to "mounting scandals" at the IPCC. Sprigg noted, "There will be some reform. I think there's going to be big changes in the peer review process for the IPCC. There are--calls for the head of [IPCC Chairman Raj] Pachauri.. to be taken off the job ..." 1-22-09 {CBS News}The U.S. Supreme Court's sweeping ruling on Thursday that invalidated large chunks of [McCain-Feingold]campaign finance law arose in part from an unlikely source: the emergence of Facebook, YouTube, and blogs, and the decline of traditional media outlets...While Thursday's ruling left supporters of stricter regulation of political speech outraged, their next steps are not obvious. President Obama said his administration will "talk with bipartisan congressional leaders to develop a forceful response to this decision," although any revised legislation could be struck down by the Supreme Court again. In a conference call with reporters, the Public Citizen and U.S. PIRG advocacy groups said they had started a petition drive and would even seek to amend the U.S. Constitution -- marking the first time that the First Amendment would be explicitly altered.

1-15-09  Heartland NASA Climategate Exposed Climate researchers have discovered that NASA researchers improperly manipulated data in order to claim 2005 as "the warmest year on record."

In a new report, computer expert E. Michael Smith and Certified Consulting Meteorologist Joseph D'Aleo discovered extensive manipulation of the temperature data by the U.S. government's two primary climate centers: the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC)in Asheville, North Carolina and the NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS) at Columbia University in New York City. Smith and D'Aleo accuse these centers of manipulating temperature data to give the appearance of warmer temperatures than actually occurred by trimming the number and location of weather observation stations. The report is available online at  http://icecap.us/images/uploads/NOAAroleinclimategate.pdf.

The report reveals that there were no actual temperatures left in the computer database when NASA/NCDC proclaimed 2005 as "the warmest year on record." The NCDC deleted actual temperatures at thousands of locations throughout the world as it changed to a system of global grid points, each of which is determined by averaging the temperatures of two or more adjacent weather observation stations. So the NCDC grid map contains only averaged, not real, temperatures, giving rise to significant doubt that the result is a valid representation of Earth temperatures.

The number of actual weather observation points used as a starting point for world average temperatures was reduced from about 6,000 in the 1970s to about 1,000 now. "That leaves much of the world unaccounted for," says D'Aleo.

The NCDC data are regularly used by the National Weather Service to declare a given month or year as setting a record for warmth. Such pronouncements are typically made in support of the global warming alarmism agenda. Researchers who support the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) also regularly use the NASA/NCDC data, including researchers associated with the Climatic Research Unit at the University of East Anglia that is now at the center of the "Climategate" controversy.

This problem is only the tip of the iceberg with NCDC data. "For one thing, it is clear that comparing data from previous years, when the final figure was produced by averaging a large number of temperatures, with those of later years, produced from a small temperature base and the grid method, is like comparing apples and oranges," says Smith. "When the differences between the warmest year in history and the tenth warmest year is less than three-quarters of a degree, it becomes silly to rely on such comparisons," added D'Aleo, who asserts that the data manipulation is "scientific travesty" that was committed by activist scientists to advance the global warming agenda.

For the first time ever, the event will be opened up to the general public via a live Web feed at http://www.TurnBackTheClock.org.  The last time the Doomsday Clock minute hand moved was in January 2007, when the Clock's minute hand was pushed forward by two minutes from seven to five minutes before midnight.

The precise time to be shown on the updated Doomsday Clock will not be announced until the live news conference in New York City takes place on January 14, 2010. Factors influencing the latest Doomsday Clock change include international negotiations on nuclear disarmament and nonproliferation, expansion of civilian nuclear power, the possibilities of nuclear terrorism, and climate change.

1-11-09  {ThreatsWatch.org} , Steve Schippert and Clyde Middleton have dug up the bizarre and unsettling issuance of an executive order recently signed by President Barack Obama. Executive Order — Amending Executive Order 12425, signed December 16 and released a day later, grants the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) rights on American soil that place it beyond the reach of our own law enforcement agencies, such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Schippert and Middleton note that Obama’s order removes protections placed upon INTERPOL by President Reagan in 1983. Obama’s order gives the group the authority to avoid Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests — which means this foreign law enforcement organization can operate free of an important safeguard against governmental abuse. “Property and assets,” including the organization’s records, cannot be searched or seized. Their physical locations and records are now immune from U.S. legal or investigative authorities.

INTERPOL’s senior leadership was flush with Nazis from the late 1930s all the way into the 1970s. That fact allowed, going Godwin isn’t necessarily relevant to today’s organization. Khoo Boon Hui of Singapore is the current president of the organization, and the current secretary general is American Ronald Noble. Noble is perhaps best known in America for overseeing the Treasury Department’s review of the disastrous 1993 raid and siege of a Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas, that left nearly 80 people dead. Noble had cautioned against the initial raid plan as being too dangerous, but the lack of any significant ramifications for federal officials that approved of the raid and allegations of a cover-up have inspired conspiracy theorists to derisively dub Noble “the Enforcer.”  MORE..

 Lifesite News Report:
Homosexuals' Complaint against Health Canada Lists Negative Health Consequences of Homosexual Lifestyle

A group of homosexuals headed by Gens Hellquist, director of the Canadian Rainbow Health Coalition, has filed a complaint with the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC), in which they detail the numerous statistics that prove the high-risk nature of the homosexual lifestyle.

The group supports their complaint by claiming that the Canadian health system does not allocate specific funding to deal with "those health issues where gay, lesbian and bisexual (GLB) communities are disproportionately affected"

Statistical evidence is then proffered, in the group's 10 page complaint to the CHRC, of the health issues which "disproportionately affect" the homosexual community, including:

- The life expectancy for gay and bisexual men is 20 years less than the average Canadian man; - GLB people commit suicide at rates ranging from twice as often to almost 14 times more than the general population; - GLBs have smoking rates ranging from 1.3 to three times higher than average; - GLBs become alcoholics at a rate 1.4 to seven times higher than the general population; - GLBs use illicit drugs at a rate from 1.6 to 19 times higher than other Canadians; -GLBs experience depression at rates ranging from 1.8 to three times higher than average; - Homosexual men comprise 76% of AIDS cases and 45% of all new HIV infections; - GLB populations are at a higher risk of lung and liver cancer; - Homosexual and bisexual men suffer a higher rate of anal cancer than heterosexual men; - Lesbians report a higher rate of breast cancer; - GLBs experience verbal and physical abuse at a greater rate than most Canadians.

CHINA: sell U.S. bonds to punish Washington

The calls for broad retaliation over the planned U.S. weapons sales to the disputed island came from officers at China's National Defence University and Academy of Military Sciences, interviewed by Outlook Weekly, a Chinese-language magazine published by the official Xinhua news agency.

The interviews with Major Generals Zhu Chenghu and Luo Yuan and Senior Colonel Ke Chunqiao appeared in the issue published on Monday.

The People's Liberation Army (PLA) plays no role in setting policy for China's foreign exchange holdings. Officials in charge of that area have given no sign of any moves to sell U.S. Treasury bonds over the weapons sales, a move that could alarm markets and damage the value of China's own holdings.  MORE..

Blagojevich faces fresh corruption charges

CHICAGO (AP) -- Former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich and his brother were charged Thursday in a fresh corruption indictment that contains no new allegations of misconduct but that prosecutors hope will help avoid delays to the start of Blagojevich's trial.

The new indictment only adds charges based on the same allegations the Blagojeviches have faced for months, including scheming to sell or trade the Senate seat vacated by President Barack Obama's election to the White House and a variety of political fundraising abuses.

The new charges are an attempt by prosecutors to ensure that a legal controversy now before the U.S. Supreme Court doesn't delay the brothers' trial, which is scheduled to get under way June 3.  MORE..

Obama's Record busting 3.8 Trillion Budget .. bankruptcy anyone?

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Spelling out painful priorities, President Barack Obama urged Congress on Monday to quickly approve a huge new shot of spending for recession relief and job creation, part of a record $3.8 trillion budget that would boost the deficit beyond any in the nation's history while only slowly beginning to put Americans back to work.

If Congress goes along with Obama's election-year plan, the nation would still end the year with unemployment pushing double digits at 9.8 percent and this year's pool of government red ink deepening to $1.56 trillion under the administration's accounting.  MORE..

Senate Dem's muscle through 1.9 Trillion debt increase before Brown is seated

WASHINGTON (AP) - The Democratic-controlled Senate has muscled through a plan to allow the government to go a whopping $1.9 trillion deeper in debt.

The party-line 60-40 vote was successful only because Republican Sen.-elect Scott Brown has yet to be seated. Sixty votes were required to approve the increase. The measure would lift the debt ceiling to $14.3 trillion. That's about $45,000 for every American.

Democrats had to scramble to approve the plan, which means they won't have to vote on another increase until after the midterm elections this fall.  MORE..

Lawns May Contribute to Global Warming

Lush green lawns may not be as good for the environment as you might think.

A new study suggests that, in certain parts of the country, total emissions would actually be lower if there weren’t any lawns.

Previous studies have demonstrated that lawns comprised of turfgrass can potentially function as carbon sinks since they help remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. But the maintenance of lawns – fertilizer production, mowing, leaf blowing and other lawn management practices – may generate greenhouse gas emissions that ultimately exceed four times the carbon they end up storing, according to the study.

"Lawns look great – they’re nice and green and healthy, and they’re photosynthesizing a lot of organic carbon," said researcher Amy Townsend-Small,who co-authored the study. "But the carbon-storing benefits of lawns are counteracted by fuel consumption."  MORE..

Looney Howard Dean: It's not too late for health care reform

But Dean also said in a nationally broadcast interview Friday he doubts Republicans will work with Democrats on a compromise measure, even one far more modest and less costly than versions passed by the House and Senate.  MORE..

Democrats face loss of Senate Seat..plan other means to pass Obamacare

Jan. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Democrats face the possibility of losing their most iconic U.S. Senate seat, held for almost 47 years by the late Edward Kennedy, in a Massachusetts election today that could also cost them their 60-vote Senate supermajority needed to help pass a health-care overhaul.

Martha Coakley, the state attorney general once considered a sure bet for the Senate, has watched her lead evaporate. Some polls show her trailing state Senator Scott Brown, who was more than 30 points behind last November.

Democrats are mobilized by the prospect of conceding a Senate seat in a state where they control all 10 House seats. President Barack Obama stumped for Coakley in a trip to Boston Sunday. He also cut a new television ad, while his grassroots organizing group says it placed 93,000 calls across the state on Jan. 16 alone.  MORE..

Special Interest Payoff:  Unions will dodge Obama's health tax

Big Labor got some big love from President Obama and congressional Democrats yesterday after they agreed to exempt union workers from the whopping “Cadillac tax” on high-cost health-care plans until 2018.

The sweetheart deal, hammered out behind closed doors, will save union employees at least $60 billion over the years involved, while others won't be as lucky -- they'll have to cough up almost $90 billion.

The 40 percent excise tax on what have come to be called "Cadillac" health-care plans would exempt collective-bargaining contracts covering government employees and other union members until Jan. 1, 2018  MORE..

The True State of Our Nation: Part One

No matter what the politicians might say, the only real hope for freedom rests at the grassroots level with activist-minded Americans like you and groups like The Rutherford Institute, which is leading the fight to safeguard our God-given freedoms.

In terms of where our country is headed, the road before us is truly frightening. Just consider the current state of our nation:

We are plagued by a faltering economy and a monstrous financial deficit that threatens to bankrupt us. Our national debt is more than $12 trillion (which translates to more than $110,000 per taxpayer), and is expected to nearly double to $20 trillion by 2015. The unemployment rate is over 10% and growing, with more than 15 million Americans out of work and many more forced to subsist on low-paying or part-time jobs. The number of U.S. households on the verge of losing their homes soared by nearly 15% in the first half of last year alone. The number of children living in poverty is on the rise (18% in 2007). Daily, it is becoming more difficult for Americans to make a living or raise a family.

Our elected representatives in the White House and Congress bear little resemblance to those they have been elected to represent. Many of our politicians live like kings. Chauffeured around in limousines, flying in private jets and eating gourmet meals, all paid for by the American taxpayer, they are far removed from those they represent. What's more, they continue to spend money we don't have on pork-laden stimulus packages and healthcare reform, running up a huge deficit and leaving the American taxpayers to foot the bill. There is no reason why the American people should be taking this kind of abuse from people who supposedly are representing us.

Our armed forces are pushed to their limit, spread around the globe and under fire from shadowy enemies bent on terrorizing us. We are embroiled in global wars against enemies that seem to attack from nowhere. The amount of money spent on the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq is nearing $1 trillion, and is estimated to total somewhere in the vicinity of $3 trillion before it's all over. That does not account for the human toll, the thousands who have been killed or irreparably injured, as well as the impact on the families of the 1.8 million who have served or are currently serving tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Surveillance of average Americans—not terrorists—has become a fact of our times. The loss of privacy has become epidemic. Everywhere we go, we are watched: at the banks, at the grocery store, at the mall, crossing the street. Such surveillance gradually poisons the soul of a nation, transforming us from one in which we're presumed innocent until proven guilty to one in which everyone is a suspect and presumed guilty. We're now encased in what some are calling an electronic concentration camp.

We are slowly metamorphosing into a police state. Governmental tentacles now invade virtually every facet of our lives, with agents of the government listening in on our telephone calls and reading our emails. Technology, which has developed at a rapid pace, offers those in power more invasive, awesome tools than ever before. Fusion centers—data collecting agencies spread throughout the country—constantly monitor our communications, everything from our internet activity and web searches to text messages, phone calls and emails.

The corporate media, increasingly acting as a mouthpiece for governmental propaganda, no longer serves a primary function as watchdogs, guarding against encroachments of our rights. Instead, much of the mainstream media has given itself over to mindless, celebrity-driven news, which bodes ill for our country. Unfortunately, most Americans have bought into the notion that whatever the media happens to report is important and relevant. In the process, Americans have largely lost the ability to ask questions and think analytically. Yet who loses when the people don't know anything about the workings of their government? Freedom.

Furthermore, as national borders dissolve in the face of spreading globalization, the likelihood increases that our Constitution, which is the supreme law of America, will be subverted in favor of international laws. This has accelerated under the Obama administration. Already, through the use of executive orders, President Obama is attempting to bypass the Constitution. For example, Obama's recent move to establish Interpol as an autonomous police agency within the U.S. does not bode well for our Fourth Amendment rights.

Yet the Constitution is only impediment to international law trumping our own rule of law. Unfortunately, the rights enshrined in the United States Constitution, particularly those in the Bill of Rights, have come under constant attack from increasingly aggressive government agencies and a populace with little understanding of the document that Abraham Lincoln referred to as "the only safeguard of our liberties."

Thus, if we are going to take back our freedoms, we must start today.
